Sushi Moto is a nikkei-hanguk bar: classic nigiri, gochujang-laced rolls, and house banchan, served with Japanese calm and Korean heat. Eat all you can or order à la carte — for here or to go.
Two traditions, one table
We learned the sashimi cut in Tokyo and the kimchi ferment in Busan. At Sushi Moto the rice is seasoned like in Edo, but the dressing carries gochujang; the broth is doenjang jjigae, but the fish arrives as nigiri. Nothing is mixed just to mix — every dish has a reason to combine both cuisines.
